Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. All items are verified for authenticity and quality prior to shipment.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at accounting@baileybe.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution if applicable.
